'Project: Me!' is a programme that will change your life. Using storytelling and your own autobiography to access your inner voice, and to connect it with the world, 'Project: Me!' will bring a new awareness to your love relationships and to your whole being.

Many people are living unhappy lives because they feel that complete selflessness is a virtue, yet, if they could only become more selfish, their relationship with other people and with the environment would improve. This may sound shocking and self-centred, but it really is ‘all about me!’

‘Project: Me!’ aims to discover who we are and how we can love ourselves.
